What Tactflow does today

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Tactflow answers the calls you’d miss before the second ring and books them into your calendar.

Tactflow puts a voice agent on the phone line of a service business. It answers the calls the business would otherwise miss: after hours, while the line is busy, or while the owner is on a job. The business keeps its existing phone number and forwards the calls it cannot pick up to the agent.

Today there is one module, the voice agent, and it is in beta. It picks up on the first or second ring, works out what the job is, and books it. Nights and weekends included.

Who it is for

For service businesses: the ones that live on inbound calls and on a calendar that has to stay full.

We sell first to owner-operated HVAC and other home-service trades in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. The agent itself is not tied to a trade: what it says, what it asks, and when it puts the owner on the line come from each business’s own configuration.

How to start

It starts with a call. We go through how calls reach you today and what you’d want booked. You leave knowing what it costs and what it takes to run.

  1. Discover. We map how calls reach you today and what happens when nobody can pick up.
  2. Design. We write down what it asks your callers, and when it should put you on the line.
  3. Deploy. It goes live on your existing number and your existing calendar.
  4. Optimize. We read what came through each week and fix whatever it got wrong.
